Our mission is to contribute to alleviating Japan’s IT talent shortage and to strengthen connections with companies and professionals worldwide.

After graduating from the University of Canberra in Australia with a degree in Sports Management, I gained 17 years of experience at British, Singaporean, Japanese, and Irish recruitment firms. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural and value backgrounds, continuously exploring what is truly needed in the recruitment industry.

In recent years, Japan has been facing a severe shortage of IT talent. However, based on my experience, I believe that the core issue is not simply a lack of IT sales professionals or engineers but rather the difficulty of proper matching.

Despite the presence of many excellent IT professionals in Japan, including international talent, there is a lack of effective bridging between companies and talent. As a result, even though the talent exists, the situation is perceived as a “shortage.” For example, trying to sell an expensive vase to a passerby may not succeed because only a few can truly appreciate its value. Without the skills and experience to convey its worth properly, even the finest product will not reach the right buyer, preventing business from succeeding. The same applies to the talent market—without appropriate matching, exceptional talent loses opportunities to thrive in the right roles.

As one of the solutions to Japan’s IT talent shortage, we actively introduce global talent and engage with professionals who have not previously considered career changes. Furthermore, we collaborate with HR departments and executives from companies in Japan, Singapore, Israel, the United States, and Europe to bring fresh perspectives to the job market.

Our mission goes beyond simple talent placement. We strive to create an environment where companies and professionals can connect in the most optimal way, enabling both to maximize their potential. Moving forward, we will continue to facilitate the best possible matches for more businesses and professionals, contributing to a positive and progressive global future.

For the Revival of Japan

After university, I worked in IT-related and advertising companies, then engaged in a business related to food in Japan’s senior market. While feeling the growth of the senior market, I was concerned about Japan’s decline due to its aging population.

During this time, I met Mr. Matsumoto and had the opportunity to be involved in their grand business plan of having young, talented Indian engineers work in Japanese companies, contributing to the development of both Japan and India. I joined the company as an investor and director, hoping to revive Japan, even if just a little.

I believe that employing talented Indian engineers, not only in large corporations but also in local SMEs, will advance IT and digital transformation, thereby enhancing competitiveness both domestically and internationally.
